Return Policy
We offer store credit only, valid for 2 years. As a marketplace, we work with multiple sellers and need to carefully manage our cash flow to continue growing as a startup. This allows us to keep helping our amazing community find their exclusive sneakers. Thank you for your support and understanding!
If you purchased something from SneakerHype, you have 14 days to return it after receiving it.
- Store credit is issued within 5-7 Workdays after we receive and inspect your return.
- Make sure the SneakerHype tag is still attached to the item.
- You can try on the sneakers, but they must be returned in the same condition.
- Use an extra cardboard box to protect the original shoebox (damaged original boxes will result in a rejected return).
- Important: If your package says "delivered" but you haven't received it, let us know within 5 days. After that, we can’t be held responsible for lost parcels.
(We do not refund shipping costs due to our commitment to CO2-neutral practices and startup limitations).
Cancellation Policy
Changed your mind? Here's what to know:
- Cancel within 6 hours: Free of charge.
- Cancel after 6 hours: €15 fee due to processing costs.
- If you refuse delivery: €15 fee applies.
Once we confirm your purchase, we begin working with international partners. This makes cancellations after 6 hours difficult. As a startup, we can’t cover these costs upfront, and Klarna fees are non-refundable, so we need to pass these charges to the consumer.
